All members must agree to and follow the terms and conditions
listed within this document. Failure to comply with all of the restrictions and
guidelines listed here will result in account termination and legal actions if
necessary. Most of these terms are set to prevent cheating and ensure
that our advertisers receive a high return on investment (ROI) .

I. General Terms:
1. The administration of GoldenSearch.net can and will
terminate any member accounts that violate the terms and restrictions within
this document. Any remaining balance of advertising cash in member account
will be lost upon account termination.
2. Users of this website must be in a country that
is English speaking.
3. Members must be over 16 years old. Proof
of age may be requested.
4. No Open Proxy traffic. You can not use open proxy networks to access or advertise services located at GoldenSearch.net.
5. No automated website interaction allowed. No
scripts or bots are permitted to access/use the search engine or member areas of
this website.
6. Only 1 account is permitted / required per person.
All member accounts have full access to the Advertiser and Affiliate sections of
GoldenSearch.net. Only 1 account permitted per household or business (1 account per IP Address).
7. Member account information must all be filled in
correctly. If there is a problem and you can not be contacted because your
contact info is wrong, then your
account will be terminated.
8. Any member account that is inactive with a $0.00
balance for more than 60 days may
be terminated at any time.
9. The administration of GoldenSearch.net reserves the
right to modify these terms at any time.
10. If you are going to advertise your website on
GoldenSearch.net then you must agree to the General Terms section I
and Advertiser Terms listed below in
section II. If you are also going to affiliate with
GoldenSearch.net and advertise our website and/or search box then you must also agree to the Affiliate
Terms below in section III.
Member accounts can be terminated for failure to comply with
general restrictions.
II. Advertiser Terms:
1. Website Content must not be offensive or malicious in
any way. Websites can NOT contain pornography, spy-ware, mal-ware,
viruses, worms, trojans, key loggers, or any other "bad" software.
2. Your
website(s) cannot contain scripts that automatically change settings on user
computers.
3. Website must be written in English language.
4. Website must have actual content and can NOT be made of
only affiliate links, banners etc.
5. No more that 1 pop-up advertisement should spawn from
your site. (Submitting websites with any popup windows is strongly
discouraged.)
6. Payments for advertising are processed with PayPal and
E-Gold. Minimum payment is $10.
7. The "Signup Bonus" of $5
was a special one time "Thank
you" gift for becoming a member of GoldenSearch.net. This money is for
advertising your website at GoldenSearch.net and can not be withdrawn from the
system. This offer has expired therefore, new members will not receive
this bonus.
8. The "First Deposit Bonus" of $10 is a special one time
"Thank you" gift for becoming a paying advertiser at GoldenSearch.net. This money is for advertising your website at
GoldenSearch.net and can not be withdrawn from the system. This offer can
expire at any time.
Member accounts can be terminated for failure to comply with
website content restrictions.
III. Affiliate Terms:
1. Money earned advertising GoldenSearch.net will be directly deposited into your member account. The "Beginner" account type members can NOT withdraw profits earned from GoldenSearch.net, therefore, profits earned can only be used for advertising your website at GoldenSearch.net. Members with an "Advanced" or a "Pro" account type will recieve a payment if their balance is over $25.00 before the start of a payment cycle.
2. Members may NOT search using there own affiliate search box in hopes to increase their profits. Action will be taken in the event of detected fraudulent account activity.
3. No automated website traffic will be allowed.
a. To
protect the resources of our web server, surf exchange advertising is
strictly prohibited. b. Website traffic must be "real" people
from a website not a
script or program. "Search-bots", "Click-bots", and all other "auto" programs are NOT allowed.
4. No SPAM! Members are not allowed to send unsolicited
email. We have a zero tolerance for SPAM and we will take action against
violators. No SPAMMING news groups or forums with your referral link or search
box.
5. No "Incentives" are allowed to be used to send visitor
traffic to your referral search box. You can not use "paid-to" programs to
promote GoldenSearch.net Search.
6. Websites that contain a GoldenSearch.net Search box or banner must be made in English language.
7. Searches must originate from a website not an email,
chat, etc.
8. Targeting specific
keywords is not allowed.
9.
We reserve the right to place advertisements on all of our search results pages.
10.
We only compensate affiliates for traffic originating from the following
countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States.
11. Affiliate payments will be conducted twice a month during the first and third weeks of the month. Only affiliates who are eligible will be sent a payment during any payment cycle.
12. All affiliate payments will be made using PayPal or E-gold. A 3% service fee will be deducted from all E-gold payments. Payment options can change at any time.
